The EDC/FMC Sistering Committee invites you to join women from across Franconia and Eastern District Conference for their annual gathering on Saturday, March 30, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Centro de Alabanza in Philadelphia.  The theme this year is “Building Compassion from Love”, and the event will be held in English, Spanish and Indonesian. Discover Dock Mennonite Academy’s Early Childhood & Kindergarten Open House on Friday, January 25, at 8:45 am.  Dock integrates faith and learning at every grade level and teaches essential life skills, such as, critical thinking, problem solving, inquisitiveness, teamwork, and leadership.  Dock also offers over $1 million in financial aid annually to families.  For more information, email admissions@dock.org. or visit dock.org.


Spaghetti Dinner to benefit Bally Community Preschool will be served on Saturday, February 23, 4:30 to 7:00 pm at Bally Mennonite Church.  The meal will include spaghetti with sauce, assorted meat toppings, salad, garlic bread, and assorted homemade desserts. Dock Mennonite Academy seeks a director for their 2018-19 high school spring play. Rehearsals start in March and the performance weekend is May 2-4.  Interested applicants may contact Dr. Sharon Fransen at sfransen@dock.org.


Care & Share Thrift Shoppes is now open longer to shop, donate and volunteer!  Hours are Monday – Wednesday & Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00pm.  They could use helping hands over the age of 8 to serve the community and help raise funds for Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).  Learn more at careandshareshoppes.org.
