Methacton Mennonite Church is hosting a drop in event during Holy Week, called “Praying the Life and Death of Jesus”. The EDC/FMC Sistering Committee invites you to “Darkness Unfolding as Light” – the Annual Gathering for Eastern District and Franconia Mennonite Conference Women – which will be held April 14, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Towamencin Mennonite Church. Youth ministry leaders are invited to attend “The Gathering Live 2018”in downtown Kansas City, May 4 to 6! The theme for this annual gathering will be “Encountering God: Faith that Matters” with input sessions based on Kenda Creasy Dean’s book Almost Christian: What the Faith of Our Teenagers is Telling the American Church. The International Guest House in Washington, DC has a need for short term volunteers beginning this summer who might serve at least two months.
