Join Salem Mennonite Church on Sunday, March 26 as their guest speaker, Kevin King, Executive Director from Mennonite Disaster Services, shares during Sunday school at 9:25 am and the morning message at 10:25 am. Mennonite Disaster Service is a volunteer network that responds to those affected by disasters in Canada and the United States. Their main focus is on clean up, repair and rebuilding homes, but they also touch lives by nurturing hope and faith through Christian love.

The film gives voice and meaning to the crisis of minors who are forced and coerced into the American sex trade. May not be appropriate for children. Explore MEDA projects that empower women to rise above social and cultural barriers toward improved livelihoods. At Women Empowering Women meetings, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about MEDA projects in various countries including Libya, Myanmar, Jordan, and Nicaragua. The meetings also provide quality time to network with other area women interested in making a difference.
