Zion Mennonite Church is sponsoring a Christmas Meal on Friday, December 23, for anyone who is in need or who does not have someone with whom to share the holiday. Take-out meals will be available and transportation to the meal will be provided as needed. The meal will begin at 11:30 a.m. with appetizers followed by the main course served at 12 noon. Celebrate the birth of Jesus with Zion Mennonite Church on Christmas Eve, December 24 at 7:00 pm. It will be a candlelight service with special music by adult choirs, carols, bells and organ. The celebration will continue on Christmas Day, December 25, with a service at 9:00 am.

Bally Mennonite Church will be serving a pancake breakfast (including pancakes, French toast, sausage, scrapple, OJ, tea, & coffee) on Saturday, January 28 from 7:00 to 11:00 am.  The cost is a donation, and proceeds will provide funds for the Bally Community Preschool. This position functions as a facility manager that supervises the maintenance assistant; conducts custodial duties; oversees Zion’s facility operations including inspecting, maintaining and making minor repairs to buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operating results; assists in ensuring environmental and human safety, and participates in event coordination.
